Right of withdrawal and standard form

You have the right to withdraw from purchase within 14 days after purchase without telling any reason. The 14 days period starts after receival of goods.

To exercise your right to withdraw form purchase, you MUST send us a note to: Anne-Kathrin Brönner, Entenbachstr. 36, 81541 Munich, Germany.

You have to tell us by Post or E-Mail about your decision to withdraw from your purchase.

You may use the standard-form below.

You must send us the goods back to us within 14 days after your notification of your withdrawal from purchase.
If the goods do not arrive within 14 days at our address, your withdrawal is incomplete and will be rejected as not claimable.

IN ANY CASE, you have to bear the shipping costs for sending the goods back to our company.
You have to bear for the direct costs or problems due to shipping loss and other problems of returnment.

If you have notified us and sent back the goods within 14 days, we will reimburse all payments to you including shipping costs.

We will reimburse with the same payment method, you used for payment, except we have another made another agreement. We will not charge any costs for reimbursement.

You have to compensate for loss in value of the goods, if our checkings of quality, properties and function lead back to your uncareful handling of the goods.

Exceptions for the right of withdrawal from purchase

The right of withdrawal from purchase does NOT exist for individual contracts for shipping of goods, which are not individually manufactured and tailored for you by our company.
